Brothers Premarital Coaching Program Terms of Agreement

The terms of agreement are applicable for all of the private coaching sessions with the coach, and they come into effect as soon as the clients attend the first session.

The coach reserves the right to stop coaching the clients upon their failure to uphold the terms of agreement.

Disclaimer: Muslim Marriage Coach is a coaching service that is centered around professional coaching tactics and religious guidance. It is not a replacement for professional psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal mediation, or fatwa from a mufti.

Section A. Session Structure

1. The premarital coaching program consists of four sessions. Each session is a 60-minute private video session with the coach.
2. The day and time of the session will be previously agreed upon by both the clients and the coach. Appointments must be arranged 48 hours prior to the meeting.
3. It costs 199 British pounds / 250 US dollars for the entire program.

Section B. Privacy & Respect

1. Client identities and sessions are kept 100% confidential.
2. The client promises to be honest about what is happening within his life and to answer the coach’s questions to the best of their ability.
3. The client promises not to disclose what is said within the session with anyone else unless permission is given by the coach.
4. The client promises to respect the views of the coach.
5. The coach promises to respect the views of the client.
6. The coach reserves the right to take notes about what is mentioned during the session.
7. The coach reserves the right to consult Muslim Marriage Coach’s internal advisor in matters that may require a second opinion. This decision is left to the coach’s discretion.
8. Muslim Marriage Coach’s tactics are based on the coach’s personal research and experience with clients / couples. Muslim Marriage Coach does not endorse the marriage advice or coaching strategies of any specific scholar, spiritual path, author or book.
9. Muslim Marriage Coach’s program provides the tools to help the client decide if he wants to marry. The coach will not decide who the client should actually marry.
10. Muslim Marriage Coach is not liable for any future marriage problems or unforeseen circumstances after the couple marries.

Section C. Session Logistics

1. Sessions will start on time.
2. Sessions will be held via Zoom or Google Meet.
3. The client is required to have a working microphone and/or headset.
4. Clients must use their video camera during the session.
5. Technology problems must be resolved by the clients and not the coach.

Section D. Email Support

1. The client is given unlimited email access to the coach for the duration of the program.
2. The coach will respond within 72 hours unless there are unexpected issues or emergency circumstances.
3. The coach reserves the right to suggest that the email be discussed in a private session instead of through email.

Section E. Sharing Copyrighted Material

1. The clients are not permitted to copy, share, distribute, or use any copyrighted material of Muslim Marriage Coach without prior permission from Muslim Marriage Coach.
2. All PDF and Word Documents are permitted to be saved to the client’s computer.

Section F. Recording Sessions

1. The clients are not permitted to record the sessions, whether by means of audio or video.
2. The coach will not accept requests to be recorded.

Section G. Missed Sessions Due To Client & Cancellations

1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session date/time can be rescheduled within 2 months. After 2 months, the session is forfeited. Refunds requested within 2 months of cancellation may be offered, subject to a 10% processing fee.
2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours‘ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. This may include cancellations due to illness or personal emergencies, but exceptions may be made at the counselor’s discretion.
3. If a client does not show up within the first 15 minutes of the session, the coach reserves the right to cancel the session. No refunds will be given.
4. No-show clients or frequent cancellations may prevent the opportunity to book future appointments.

Section H. Missed Sessions Due to Coach & Cancellations

1. Any sessions missed due to the coach’s absence will be made up upon further notice of the coach’s circumstances.
2. The coach reserves the right to cancel a session appointment if full payment is not received 24 hours before the session begins. Full payment is the only means to officially confirm the appointment slot.
3. The coach reserves the right to cancel a session appointment if the client questionnaire is not submitted at least 48 hours prior to the time the first session begins.

Section I. Payment

1. Once paid, all fees are non-refundable.
2. Full program fees must be paid 24 hours prior to the session.
