Choosing who you marry is one of the most important decisions that you will ever make for your life.

The way you treat each other will greatly impact the quality of your worldly life. In fact, happily married couples have longer lifespans and are less likely to have poor mental health – whereas the opposite is sadly true.

This is why it is extremely important to exert oneself to find the right wife and learn how to manage a blissful marital relationship from the start.

This program is designed to meet the needs of single sisters at all stages of their journeys:

• If you are just starting to think about marriage or looking for a spouse
• If you have already begun meeting brothers and considering them
• If you have found a potential spouse, but want to make sure you are making a good choice

• Learn what the Qur’an and Sunna say about a successful Islamic marriage 
• Hear about unrealistic expectations that sisters often have about marriage
• Discover ways to know if you’re truly ready for marriage 
• Find out key questions to ask before agreeing to marry and what red flags to be aware of 
• Learn the Islamic perspective on healthy femininity and the wife’s role
• Gain an appreciation for how males and females need to feel loved with our gender difference education

The “Becoming A Wife” Premarital Program consists of FOUR private 60-minute video sessions with the coach. Clients will be given comprehensive PDF’s after each session, which contain a summary and action steps.

*If you have already chosen your spouse, this session can be replaced with an optional session choice instead.

Session 5: Early years of marriage. Learning marriage skills, including communication and conflict resolution skills (optional)

Session 6: The wedding night and bedroom tips (optional)

Each optional session costs $65 USD / £50 GBP each.

• One session per week to allow time for reflection

• Flexible timing and scheduling based upon the client’s needs. (The coach is based in the UK.)

Naielah is a CBT therapist, a qualified and experienced Muslim marriage counselor of over 10 years, and an Islamic studies teacher for over 15 years.

She has a Master Practitioner Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approved by the British Psychological Society (BPS). Her program was taught by expert clinical psychologists and accredited CBT therapists in the UK. Naielah also has a Diploma in Counseling Skills and has completed training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. She is currently pursuing her MSc in Mental Health Psychological Therapies at the renowned Queen Mary University in London.

Naielah is a trained strategic relationship coach, certified life coach, and a certified NLP Master Practitioner. Combined with her knowledge from Islamic studies, coaching experience, and personal marriage of over 17 years, she offers Islamic therapy and counseling, as well as faith-based Muslim marriage coaching for couples, wives, newlyweds, premaritals, and singles.

She has helped thousands of women and couples with over a decade of coaching experience with clients from all over the world (USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Africa, & the Middle East).

She is the author of several marriage books and has been featured on the Islam Channel and British Muslim TV. She was also selected to do an exclusive interview with BRAINZ Magazine.

We believe that a successful Muslim marriage is based upon the teachings of Allah Most High and His Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace). The best examples can be seen within the marriages between the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) and his wives (Allah be pleased with them).

We realize from their stories that a successful Muslim marriage is built and sustained by having God-consciousness, embodying excellent character and appreciating gender differences.

A successful Muslim couple will show love, compassion, consideration, respect, appreciation, gratitude, patience, and sacrifice towards each other. Furthermore, a successful Muslim couple can identify and empathize with each other’s needs, boundaries, and vulnerabilities. At the heart of it, the two are best friends.

Sessions are conducted in a comfortable and relaxed environment via Zoom or in person.

Clients can ask as many marriage questions as they like and consult the coach for his professional opinion.
